Who is a Busy Mama?
Busy Mama is just a catchy phrase I use to keep the journey of health light and fun. Lots of people who take my Busy Mama programs are Grandma’s, couples, people with no kids etc. We all are on the go these days and we can all change what we are doing to be healthier. And, change begins with you and then ripples outwards! Many of my busy grandma’s are feeding their grandkids better because of the information they have learned!

Before joining the Busy Mama Reboot, I had little confidence in myself, I was bloated, tired and my pants were too snug! 
Sugar was one of my downfalls as I have an insatiable sweet tooth.  The Busy Mama Reboot taught me that I can shift and this has alleviated so much stress thinking that I could never eat sugar again. I am empowered about what I want to put in my mouth. I began to feel the connection between eating and how I felt afterwards.
